Paths
Paths let you author the navigation yourself - per test, without touching the Figma file. Open Edit paths in the Screens panel, draw a box over any element on the full-size screen (it snaps to the design element under it), and choose where a click on it should go.
- Re-route an imported path. Your path renders above the imported navigation, so it simply wins - delete it and the original behaviour returns. Nothing is ever destroyed.
- Wire something Figma didn't. Give an unconnected element a destination - handy when the prototype wiring is incomplete, or was never made.
- Block a path. Choose No navigation and clicks on that element go nowhere (but are still recorded) - perfect for cutting off a shortcut you don't want testers taking.
- Per test, by design. Two tests on the same prototype can route completely differently - compare navigation hypotheses without duplicating anything.
