Reading results

Share a test with a link - testers land straight in the task, consent first, nothing to install. Every session records clicks, taps, movement, the path taken, per-screen time and the device class. Then the results view turns it into signal:

• Heatmaps that understand your layout. Click, movement and first-click heat - and because urTRACE rebuilds your design as real layers, heat on a sticky section scrolls with it and heat on a pinned nav stays on the nav, instead of smearing down the page like screenshot-based tools.
• Element-level answers. Not just where testers clicked but what: the most-clicked ranking can switch to design elements by name - "Add to cart, 14 clicks" - straight from your Figma layer names.
• Slice by anything. Scope every stat and heatmap by outcome, by device type, by A/B variant, or down to a single session - each session's full detail (events, answers, Variable values) is one click away.
• The route they took, not just the outcome. A path diagram of the moves between screens, filtered by direct success, indirect success and unfinished - so "they got there" and "they got there the long way" stop looking the same. Draw expected paths and each one gets its own diagram side by side; draw none and urTRACE benchmarks against the shortest route your prototype actually permits.
• A/B, in the same results. An A/B test's arms are compared in a section of its own results page - sessions, success rate, average time and clicks per arm - and picking an arm scopes every other section to it.
• Exports that match the screen. Downloaded heatmaps are true screenshots of the rendered page - full scroll height, heat composited exactly as you see it - and the dataset export bundles it all into one ZIP: a session file each, aggregate and per-session heatmaps, question charts, the route read under paths/ (one file per expected path) and the arm comparison under variants/.
• Deletion is real. Delete a session, test or prototype and everything it stored - images included - is removed from our servers. Recorded sessions also auto-expire after 90 days.
